What types of payment do you accept?

To use any of the payment options available on our site, go to the Virtual Closet and choose the desired payment method from the Payment Method selector box.

We accept any credit or debit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We offer Paypal accounts as well. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

What is your return policy?

For all items that are purchased, and then you decide you do not want them for any reason, we will credit your card for any items returned to us in good condition, as long as they are sent back to us within 7 days of when they were received. We do not honor any returns that are sent back after this 7 day period.

The customer will pay any shipping charges. Follow the instructions on your packing slip for any such returns, and please include the packing slip in your return shipment to ensure proper credit. We process returns and issue credits every Friday.

We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, then return it within the 7 day period, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

If you have any items that are missing from your order, or were damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

All sale/clearance items are final. Credit will not be issued for these items.

Are all items on the website in stock?

We try our best to ensure we have a valued quantity of inventory on our website. We may at times, flag some merchandise as a back order, which means you can order this item but there will be a delay in shipping.

If an item is on backorder for more than 7 days, we will complete a partial shipmen and then ship the backordered items in a separate shipment. If an item is on backorder for less than a week, we will hold your order and send it in one shipment.

There may be cases where we may run out of items before we can remove or alter their listing on our website. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a discontinued item, we will not get charge for those items.

I received an error message after entering my billing or shipping information?

An error message may imply that there is an issue with your billing or shipping address. Remember, your billing address should match your bank statement address. Review your information closely and double check for any mistakes.  (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON ONCE TO PREVENT DOUBLE CHARGES)

I would like to add a merchandise to the order I just made?

We cannot accommodate this request. Unfortunately we do not add to orders that have already been submitted. However, if you place another order immediately after, we will waive shipping fee on that 2nd order if you contact us. (This request must be completed within 24 hours of your original order). I live outside the United States, and don’t want to pay duties, can you help?

We will not falsify custom documents.

Do I need to create a login to shop?

Not at all. Please feel free to check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account because it will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status.
